Carbon nitride is a fascinating material which is an excellent photocatalyst perfectly suitable for artificial photosynthesis type of applications. Molecular as well as elemental doping induced modifications increase the potential of this material in a multifold excess. The designing of a bio-suitable photocatalyst composite for efficient and selective artificial photosynthesis is our prime target. A brief pictorial representation of our work is showcased here.
